Entry Requirements:

At our institution, we believe in making education accessible to passionate learners from diverse backgrounds. Our Online Master’s in Learning & Development program welcomes students with a more inclusive and flexible set of entry requirements, encouraging aspiring professionals to pursue their educational goals without stringent barriers. While we do value the academic achievements of our applicants, we understand that formal qualifications may not always reflect one’s true potential. For those who cannot provide standardized test scores, we offer an alternative option. They will be invited to write a text showcasing their language abilities and explaining why they should be considered for the program.

Work Experience (Recommended, Not Mandatory): We understand that practical experience in the field of Learning & Development is beneficial, but it is not a mandatory requirement. We encourage applicants from various career paths, including early-career professionals and career changers, to apply and enrich our diverse learning community.
