This course explores what self-esteem really is, where it comes from, and how it affects performance, relationships, and wellbeing at work and beyond

Course Overview

Self-esteem shapes how we speak up in meetings, handle feedback, respond to setbacks, and treat the people around us. When it’s low, we may second-guess good decisions, avoid challenges, or take criticism personally. When it’s inflated or fragile, we may become defensive or struggle to admit mistakes. Healthy self-esteem sits in between: a steady, realistic sense of your own worth that doesn’t rise and fall with every success or setback.

This course explores what self-esteem really is, where it comes from, and how it affects performance, relationships, and wellbeing at work and beyond. Participants will learn to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge their inner critic, set boundaries, and build confidence through practical, repeatable habits. The course combines short explanations, real-world scenarios, self-reflection exercises, and a personal action plan so learners leave with tools they can start using immediately.
