One Time Purchases VS Subscription Plans
All course purchases (including bundles) give the customer 12 months unlimited access and support. After 12 months, the user will have no access to the training materials. This is a common practice among online education providers, which is in alliance with the traditional brick-and-mortar educational institutions.
If a customer pays for a course(s) through a subscription plan with a reoccurring payment, the subscription will remain active until the user decides to cancel it.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and streaming video are the property of eSoft Skills or its content suppliers and are protected by International copyright laws. Unless otherwise specifically provided in writing, you are not authorised to copy, transmit or otherwise publish any portion of the website or the content without written consent of eSoft Skills. We reserve the right, at Our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by You under this Section, and in such case, You agree to fully cooperate as reasonably required with such defense and in asserting any available defenses.
If any provisions herein shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of any of the remaining conditions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland in all respects. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
Since eSoft Skills deals mainly with information products such as courses that can be consumed upon purchase we do not offer refunds, to prevent abuse and keep time wasters away. Having said that there may be exceptional situations where an error or mistake originates from our side. In those cases we will consider a refund on a case by case basis.
Generally speaking, if a customer is not happy with a particular course, we give them the chance to choose another product with at least a similar value of the one they purchased initially, at no addiotional cost to them.
Corporate Training & eLearning
For our corporate clients using our e-learning services, we provide free demos and trials to give plenty of time for them to decide if we are a good fit for their needs. Therefore we don’t generally offer refunds on our business plans. Instead clients can put the service on hold or use the available credit to acquire a different product from our suite of services.
